They were recommended to us by a trusted friend. We thought we would need air testing, with their inspection they did not find anything that suggested we needed air testing. But they did have a few suggestions for things we were not even aware of. We would recommend The Flood Co.

I didn't realize our dampness for moisture problem was a recurring issue coma but it smells terrible now and needs to be cleaned up. The gentleman was very polite and helpful he showed us everywhere that was wet and where the mold was and took his time to describe what the removal and cleanup would consist of. Very impressed with their professionalism.

my attorney recommended role in the flood company. He was familiar with him from a prior case when Dr was the inspector supporting the other party. He was impressed enough the twins as we needed a water damage or mold expert that's who is side of and that's who he recommended. We are very pleased so far we would recommend the flood company.

Doing in Mold inspection at an older home in Salt Lake City. What I found I tried to capture in the picture and is interesting to share some of the old plumbing literally had insulation wrapped around it and it was secured or tight on with twine or thin rope and the insulating material was paper.
Home inspection in Salt Lake City Utah. The inspection I'm performing today is related to an odor problem and they thought the older might be related to dampness or mold which is often the case. Odors off and do have a dampness source to it. We didn't find a mold problem today but I did have a handful of practical recommendations is using one of these vent openings as an exhaust vent to help with air exchange and keeping stagnant air from finding its way up to the main floor.

The subfloor below the master the shower in the master bath above is wet and rotted from long-term dampness. Although there were no external close it was fortunate to uncover and find this mold problem while we were here.

They claim to remove mold by merely fogging and it's faster and cheaper than doing it the right way or as they claim the old-fashioned way. The problem is fogging alone does not remove the mold and they scam people over and over again and we're happy to help people realize when they've been taken advantage of, that the mold is still there and what their options are.

They invited us in to help diagnose why there was a puddle on the floor in their utility room yesterday. It appears to be ground water coming in through the exterior wall behind this vanity in the adjacent bathroom. It would be a shame beautiful vanity and top needed to be taken out.

Insurance property damage adjusting is not very consistent. We just met the adjuster at this water damage loss and I'm actually surprised they are going to cover the damage. It's from an event that is usually not covered by insurance. The same Insurance Company is not consistently this nice though. We just finished a three-month battle with an adjuster at this same insurance company trying to get an adequate scope and budget for a fire damage loss.

This is a beautiful flower bed in the front yard at this home, but it was also the culprit of their latest water damage. A sprinkler in this flower garden broke and ran for an extended period of time and soak the ground and soaked in through the foundation. A large family room in the basement was affected with cabinets in a kitchen in it.
